Flying Kajak
Flying Kajak
September 30 – October 21, 2017
How do artists interpret the results of scientific research, such as the study of the status of dwarf planets, for instance? How do they deal with exogenous invasive species or the apparent objectivity of science? This exhibition focuses on the relation between science and art: the processes of understanding, the manipulation of knowledge and science, the relative nature of facts and truths.
Exhibiting artists: Ádám Albert, András Cséfalvay, Kitti Gosztola & Bence Pálinkás & Fanni Hegedűs, Richard Ibghy & Marilou Lemmens, Armin Linke, Beatrix Szörényi
Curators: Eszter Lázár, Edina Nagy
Venue: MTA Konkoly Observatory (1121 Budapest, Konkoly-Thege Miklós út 15-17.)
