Fierce in Eastern-Europe<\/h1>\n

Giant Marx-head, female wigs and high heels, patriarchal scenery and wild performance.<\/p>\n

The one-night show approaches gender and national identities with a free and energetic critique. The core of the event is a movie shot in the summer of 2014 by J\u00e1nos Br\u00fcckner, M\u00e1t\u00e9 Fill\u00e9r and Ott\u00f3 Szab\u00f3 with Pepper, Portland (US) \u2013based drag queen (kpepper.net). One of the outcomes of their intensive cooperation is the short movie \u2018Fierce in Eastern Europe\u2019 which follows a trip by Pepper\u2019s performance through the night in Chemnitz and Budapest. It gives an insight into Pepper\u2019s world, which is discussing the critique of the Eastern-European environment and gender stereotypes.<\/p>\n

After the premiere of the movie all this enters the physical world of the audience via the performance of Sissy Strapon and the party afterwards. Short movie and performance in English.<\/p>\n
