The Smell of Economy
At the current editorial meeting together with our guests we will focus on what kind of impact the changes in our eating habits have on the environment and on different agricultural processes. What are the ingredients of the superfood of the future? How can we reinvent the countryside as a space for opportunities from the perspective of the local communities and in cooperation with them?
